I'm kind of obsessive about post-mortem race analysis. What went right and wrong... What could I do better next time, and what should I try to keep the same.
I'm a bit confused this time though. This morning, my hips are pissed at me, and my quads have completely written me off. That's normal.
My lower legs however, don't seem to know that I went for a run yesterday. Normally, my calves are threatening my well-being before the race is even over, but this time they don't care... At all.
It's perplexing.
